Contract Signing Process

• Inquiries /
  Reservation to tour space

  You can contact us by email or by telephone to discuss the details of our services. We reply to emails within 1 business day. (Not including weekends or holidays)

• Office Tour

  You can tour the office suite, meeting room, lounge, etc., and we will go over the costs. Please feel free to pay us a visit.

• Estimate / Application

  We will provide you with an estimate after the tour. You can reserve your desired office suite by submitting an application form.

• Pre-contract Confirmation
  / Verification

  We will present you a draft of the contract for your confirmation. Additionally, we kindly ask that you submit an ID card with a photo, a company profile, and a description of the management personnel for our endorsement in finalizing the contract.

• Contract

  Once the pre-contract confirmation and verifications are completed, we will proceed with finalizing the contract.

• Moving in

  You will be informed of the details regarding the use of your office suite by the representative in charge.
